MusicSimpli is built so that your files stay on your device. This policy explains what that means in practice, what little information we do receive, and the rights you have.
The short version. MusicSimpli runs entirely in your browser. The tracks you open are read on your own device and are never uploaded to, stored on, or seen by our servers. We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers.

When you select or drag a file into MusicSimpli, it is read locally by your browser using the standard File API. They are not transmitted over the network, and no copy is created on our infrastructure. Closing or reloading the page discards them. We therefore hold no transcription data about you.
This site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages. As part of serving the page, Cloudflare processes technical data including your IP address, browser user agent and the time of the request, for delivery, performance and security purposes. We do not combine this with other information and do not use it to identify you.
We set no cookies. We run no analytics, advertising or social media tracking. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data about you, and to object to its processing or request portability.
Because we do not hold your files or set identifiers, there is usually little for us to act on. If you believe we hold data about you, contact support@musicsimpli.com and we will respond.
This service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
